RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We really hope you love your HeyHandy phone necklace, but in case you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at hey@heyhandy.co.uk as soon as possible so we can start the process.

 

Refunds

We will refund the amount you paid for the item (although not the postage) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but refunds cannot be approved until the goods are received back with us, so please don't forget to get PROOF OF POSTAGE in case the package got lost.

If everything is ok,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
